Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Monday-Friday, professional daytime hours.
- Conduct routine audiological diagnostics for primarily adult patients.
- Perform hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care with no sales quotas or high-pressure tactics.
- Engage in community outreach to build the practice’s presence in the Northlake area.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology.
- Licensed to practice Audiology in Texas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- An “owner at heart” mentality, with a willingness to take initiative in a new practice setting.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary plus commission with the potential to earn $100k.
